Volunteers are the life-blood of what we do.  Without you, we cannot offer our services.  Anyone over the age of 18 can volunteer.  A brief background check will be done before scheduling, so please sign up today.

 

Helping provide a warm, safe place for our un-housed neighbors is a wonderful way to make a positive difference in the world and the lives of others.  It's a chance to share your special skills and experience and give back to your community.  Plus, scheduling is flexible! Choose the shifts that work best with your schedule.

Tasks that volunteers may help with include:

• Light cleaning: Vacuuming, taking out trash, spot cleaning spaces including bathrooms and eating areas.

• Safety: Monitor areas and checking in/out guests belongings.

• Stocking/Service: Refilling toilet paper, coffee, helping serve a meal.

• Companionship: Some guests may want conversation, someone to play a game with, or someone to color or draw next to.
